Our goal at Victory Church World Outreach Center is to bring out the winner in you! You were created by God to have dominion in every area of life. We want to help you reach for the prize and find the purpose and potential God created you for. We are a family church called to build a strong foundation through ministry and education, and also a training center where every believer can find and use their gift for God’s glory. So whether it’s at church, home, work, school, or play, you can always have Victory in life through Jesus Christ!

Our purpose is simple:

1) To find Victory through a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
2) To be a family Church where we all grow in the unity of the faith
3) And to let our light shine as a World Outreach Center of God’s love and power, from our neighborhoods to the nations!

Our vision is clear:

We see a growing body of believers with a heart to serve Jesus, support the vision and spread the gospel. We see a staff of faithful men and women called by God to serve Him and minister to the body, leading by example in a spirit of love and unity. We see a body that is involved and motivated by love to serve others. We see powerful services where there is a freedom of the Spirit and His gifts flow in decency and order for the edifying of the body. We see special programs for men, women, youth, children, infants, seniors, singles, young couples, etc., where specific needs are addressed and ministered to. We see special outreach programs such as nursing home and prison ministries.

We see a beautiful, well-equipped building with a large sanctuary, adequate offices, spacious classrooms, activity center with gym and kitchen, and special quarters for traveling ministers God sends our way. We see recording facilities for both audio and video production. We see a Christian bookstore, fully stocked with books that will edify and inform. We see a ministry training center and school where Christian values and education go hand in hand. With an apostolic calling, we see churches being established and new ministries sent forth to literally touch the nations with the gospel and lift up Jesus that His glory may be seen in all the earth! As we are faithful, God will expand the vision.
